Agreement to the Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of LinkTalent Flow provided by LINKTALENT GLOBAL LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility
The service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration information and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for personal data you submit about your team, contractors, or clients.
Accounts and account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Organizations may invite administrators, project managers, members, and client portal users. Organization owners and administrators control membership, roles, invitations, and project access. You are responsible for how your organization configures permissions and shares data with portal users and other members.
The service
LinkTalent Flow is software for engineering delivery operations, including project and delivery visibility, tasks and milestones, time tracking, collaboration, integration-backed activity summaries, and client-visible progress where you configure it. The service focuses on workflow and delivery information.
It does not intentionally capture keystrokes, mouse movements, screenshots, webcam feeds, or employee presence scores, and it does not silently convert integration activity into billed work hours. Preview or beta features may be offered from time to time; they may change or be withdrawn and may have reduced support.
Customer content and data
"Customer content" includes data you and your users submit or generate in the service: project details, tasks, comments, attachments, time entries, client records, portal configuration, and similar information. As between you and us, you retain ownership of customer content.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up customer content solely to provide, secure, and operate the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when customer content is deleted from our active systems, subject to backup retention and legal obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights to submit customer content and that your use of the service complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; harass or harm others; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access or interference with the service or other users' data; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; circumvent security or access controls; or misuse integrations or portal access. You must not use the service to build a competing product through unauthorized scraping or reverse engineering beyond what applicable law permits.
Third-party integrations
You may connect third-party services such as GitHub, Jira, or identity providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our service.
When you authorize a connection, you permit us to access and process data from that service as you configure (for example repository or issue metadata) to display delivery context in LinkTalent Flow. Integration activity is not automatically treated as verified work time. Client portal access remains project-scoped; portal users must not attempt to access other organizations' data or internal analytics they are not permitted to view.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, software, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Service availability and changes
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, provider incidents, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We do not promise specific uptime levels unless separately agreed in writing.
We may modify features or functionality over time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material adverse changes without notice where practicable.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, fail to pay applicable fees when billing is in effect, or where required by law. We will use reasonable efforts to notify organization administrators when appropriate.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or limit access as permitted by these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
You may request export or deletion of customer content where supported by the service or through applicable support channels. After termination, data may remain temporarily in backups, audit records, or records required for legal or security purposes. We do not guarantee automated deletion within a fixed number of days unless separately agreed in writing.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, trials, and billing terms apply only when explicitly offered and accepted for your account. If no fee schedule or order form applies to you, the service is provided under these Terms without separate payment terms.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from loss or corruption of data.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Other limitations of liability for B2B use may be addressed in negotiated commercial agreements.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to applicable mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the effective date and version shown at the top of this page (16 October 2026 for this version). Continued use after material changes may require renewed acceptance as described in our versioning approach.
